As someone who grew up spending a portion of there childhood on either an ipad, phone, console or pc i genuinely think that it has made me neurodivergent. I have some diagnosis's but barely any family history of mental health issues, whether it was video games, social media or whatever i always used screentime to escape ever since i could remember i believe the social withdrawal that comes with having somewhat chronically online time periods in my life have significantly worsened my social skills and mental state.

Can anyone else relate or agree with me on this topic?

i would say yes, since lots of socialization happens through reinforcement learning. you can still be ND but didnt get to it via the traditional genetic route, rather reinforcement through social isolation. just my theory.
