Does sleep really matter during puberty?

Im 13 going thru puberty i bearly sleep avg 3-5 hours a night (somtimes no sleep at all) if i keep going like this will it ruin my genetic potential

Ofc bro, I sleep 9-10 hours a day and I see progress on my height and almost as tall as my dad at 13

Maximize your sleep quality and if I were you I'd go for 9 hours a night.

Max out your sleep (no coffee), get sun, eat whole-foods and play a sport. Do this and you're set mate. Delete your account and thank me in your mind in 5 years.

Yeah bro, your gh is only producing when you’re asleep, also that cope like train hard, do sprints to get higher hgh is cope af because your gh level in day is 0 and „training and sprints can multiple it 200 times”, soooo it’s still 0, just sleep like your life depends on it and optionally take melatonin 10mg 1 hour before sleep
