Does sleeping at 10pm is really that good than sleeping at 12pm? Or is mainly the hours youre sleeping?

I've been fighting myself with the fact that I'm forcing myself to sleep earlier, but then my sleep is really bad because of sleeping earlier that night. Is it really that important to sleep at 10pm or 9pm for the supposed circadian rhythm? or is more important to sleep the daily 8 hours regardless the time you go to bed?

Having the right hours is better then not but sleeping at 10pm.

Sleeping earlier + 7+ hours of sleep is ideal

you are going to sleep at noon? but its mostly the hours you sleep that matter

It doesnt matter when u sleep ffs, Your brain doesnt go from 9:59 PM "Bro wait bro we have one more minute" and at 10:00 PM your pituatary gland starts producing 20000 IUs of Growth Hormone.

Sleep 8 Hours, first few hours is where most of the GH is secreted in pulses, and keep a normal body weight. it isnt that deep.
sleeping higher hours > Sleeping at certain times
