does sleeping at night matter?

lets say i sleep at around 7am and wake up at 4pm would it matter rather than sleeping at night? it would be pretty much the same ammount of time

doesnt matter if im sleeping at the exact same time every day tho right circadian rythem only matters if ur having trouble sleeping if ur sleeping above 8 hours with good rem cycles and deep sleep it dont matter

ill run a experiment and compare sleep quality with night and day ig and ill just do whatever's better for my sleep cycles

yes it would matter alot. your body produces more melatonin when it gets dark and thats why u get more sleepy. that is also why its harder to fall asleep at day. ultimatly you would be ruining your sleep.
