lets say i sleep at around 7am and wake up at 4pm would it matter rather than sleeping at night? it would be pretty much the same ammount of time

appreciate ityes it would matter alot. your body produces more melatonin when it gets dark and thats why u get more sleepy. that is also why its harder to fall asleep at day. ultimatly you would be ruining your sleep.
