im curious for what people have to say because like, i know a lot of people that sleep on their backs and are still asymmetrical and is it better to get a better quality sleep? or to sleep on your back for symmetry

like does it really matter like can i sleep on my left one night then my right the next?
consistency will always be key, as in every aspect, but you will not become a fucking ogre from not consistently sleeping on your back.

but 1 night left and one night right does not equal out to 2 nights on your back. they equal to two nights of assymetry.

if you want symmetry, sleep on your back as much as you can.

I sleep on the ground for 4-5 years and I wish I would have done it much earlier, it's just better for the spine and back muscles. Also usually without a pillow.

Because they're adults and their bones are rock. As a child, not sleeping on your back might cause assymetry.
I can't even sleep on my back because my recessed jaw would suffocate me.

sleeping on your back decreases morning bloat by a solid amount
