I have used nicotine pouches for a year and a half, give or take, I had to cease with using them because I've no longer felt any buzz even at absurd doses and due to the fact that my bottom gum had corroded so much so that the root of my tooth was just barely visible. Needles to say after seeing such a sight I have stopped and I've yet to return. Also on another note I have noticed that when I stopped my acne had gotten better.
