Does someone actually have the problem with too deep set/sunken eyes?

My eyes are too deep in the eye socket making the perceived length and width very small and unproportional to my face. What causes this and is there any surgery for it? Like the oposite of orbital decompression. I did not find any threads about it so thats why I am asking. My IPD is 64mm btw

zygos can be big or prominent in different ways, some phenotypical expressions of zygos (like spanish/irish/slavic origins... me) can have more projection in the anterior portion / malar eminence of the zygos body, my zygos are not big at all because i have more prominence in these areas opposed to pure mass or size compared to someone like archie
