I am like 5'5(166cm) Turning 14 on march. Does sprinting do anything for height? I have been sprinting for the past few months like 60m x 6. IF it does work how can i improve.

Fucking asian so pretty fucked up genes

does sprint have any affect on my height or is it useless
barely any
sleep has more affect alongside make sure you aren't deficient in calcium and vitamin d

but again none of these are really significant ideally you would want to get on growth hormone and a aromatase inhibitor

Yes sprinting will help you. Your genetics are kind of like a range default of how the machine (your body) operates. Stuff like sprinting is telling the factory "Hey we have to start producing more stuff in response to this stress". It's a positive stressor. You get high HGH spikes, you get increased hunger, it feels good and some other effects. The bone stress adds height, the hgh adds height, eating more because of the increase hgh adds height.

Side note: I've seen a lot of before and after (months or weeks or whatever of consistent sprint training) showing forward growth in the face. Sprinting maxxes you in a variety of ways. Just have sugar before you sprint otherwise you're wearing yourself down.

How many tbspoon of sugar does raw honey work instead of sugar.
How many meters of how many sets and how much frequency works best.
Thanks for the reply

20 seconds, 90% of max speed and intensity, 5-6 sprints. Start with 3

sprinting doesn't cause "hgh" spikes :lul:

sprint training won't elevate your igf-1 levels enough to a substantial amount to give you any meaningful height

all of this eating sugar running and whatever bs isn't going to give you even 1/10th of the result of what taking exogenous growth hormone will give you

Sugar is sugar, it doesn't matter too much from what. Orange juice is good. I've kept a bag of sugar in my car before. Honey is also a good option and portable. Maybe a tablespoon or two would work.

Frequency you gotta listen to your own body. I might do it three times a week, or two, or four, just depends. I walk around to warm up. I run the sprints 3-4 times. I take 4 minute breaks in between.

Try to go for around 100 meters. Any less and by the time you start running it's already over. Any more and it's just fatiguemaxxing.

If you look at the research on sprinting, sauna usage, continous insulin spikes from sugar, glycine supplementation, you might be suprised.

For instance I knew a guy who started megadosing glycine, roughly 20 grams per day, and got his blood done before and after and increased his IGF-1 threefold.

Just curious, does higher igf-1 and GH always equal to more height growth if growth plates still open
or is too high bad

Should i buy and take glycine how much dosage

It generally does mean increased height. The growth plates have a lot of glycine, and it stops them from turning to solid denser bone. They're still open, capable of growing with glycine. Yeah I'd buy it, dirt cheap supplement which has benefits on height, sleep, collagen, etc. 5 grams, put in water and drink.

daily 5g? does it have any side effects

should i eat lots of sugar to increase igf-1? will it be beneficial for height or just be worse because i heard it suppresses GH.

You don't need to sprint if u already do home workout/gym workout the most important thing while your still in puberty is to have excrecise atleast 3x a week get atleast 8 hour of sleep and be in a slight surplus of calories on top of your maintenance but sprinting itself won't boost hgh

It increases IGF-1 a lot but then the body might have negative reactions over a long time of doing that supposedly. I think seperating sugars from fats+proteins lowers the concern, and sometimes having less sugar so the body returns to a baseline.

Aight then just make sure u get 8hrs of sleep good nutrition with a slight surplus and you'll grow to your full potential height or close to that
