Wouldnt squeezing cartiliage mend it as it isnt like bones. Dont see how it will increase the size

When people break their nose it’s always looks worse after, even when healed fully.

catillage always returns to it's original shape after it is subjected to external force.
for example in the "incisionless otoplasty" there are many cases of ears which get back to their original shape despite the surgery.

unless you completely break your nose with a punch, you can't change it

tried it tbh. Maybe it helped a little bit, mainly it started to hurt after a month
