need to loose 20-30 kgs in a few months time and i want to know if this is a good way to go about it. i heard that running has a bad impact on knees.

If you dont run for long and fast for 10 hours.
You'll still be bloated tho my bmi is 17,9 and I can easily get my face bloated in one meal even tho im skinny

just go for a run bro and eat 2 meals instead of 3 and do lots of cardio otherwise you will loose muscle

literally just do a calorie deficit everything else is cope and just another word for calorie deficit, fasting is ass if weight loss is your main goal, fasting is only good for health
 
u are fully nerfing ur looks by starving just eat clean in a deficit and exercise

100% from experience, only issue was I was an absolute tard with my approach and lost a fuck load of muscle at the expense of it too.

yes starvemaxxing works wonders, just don't expect any form of growth while on it

Fix your diet. Starvation leads to weight-loss, but gives an unhealthy look, ruins your development, and other bodily processes.

Best thing to do is:
Walk 10000+ steps every day
Fix your diet. Eat meat, potatoes, fruit and eggs. Avoid dairy until you get the desired weight.
Sleep >8 hours every night
Avoid alcohol
Get sunligt
Drink 2.5-4 L water every day.
