Does starving yourself actually stunt your growth?

Im turning 15 tommorow, i was always fat since covid started back in 2020 when i was 10, at the start of october 2025 i started starving myself to lose weight, i was 92-93 kg and i did it for 3-4 months till i got to 80 kg and then stopped because i heard it stunts growth, and now im 80kg and im still visibly fat, i have gyno(idk if its gonna go away and i dont know how to fix it without surgery if theres something i can do please tell me) still visible man boobs, and love handles, what should i do?
