More T won't matter when your skin is saggy af and you look like shit ngl

Unironically sex increases T too, so I'll pick one over the other

"Humans are supposed to be in the sun most of the day, our skin is designed to take a lot of damage and repair itself. Skin ageing and cancers are a matter of the skin being unable to repair itself due to malnourishment and inflammation. To prove this point, skin cancers in America have increased by around 2000% since the 50s when sunscreen was invented. What changed in that time? Diet."

This makes a lot of sense tbh.

The more dark skinned the more you can get away without using sunscreen. so us ethics should be fine without sunscreen. not the case for whites tho

To my knowledge, darkskinned people(especially africans) is less sensitive to photoaging, but definitely not immune. If you aim to looksmax, keep on smearing that sun screen. This is even more so important for the sake of avoiding skin cancer; even though dark skinned individuals still got an edge over fair skinned ones, it is even more slight compared to photoaging. All this seems contrary to our intuition, but we humans often have an idealized picture of evolution and "humans natural state", not taking into account the harsh reality of mother nature.

sunscreen is cope

avoid sun is dumb

That thread is interesting. It makes you wonder where the happy medium is for sun exposure.
Yea there's so many factors to consider when trying to find the right amount of exposure. Once the sun comes back, I have thought about sunbathing with the sunshine from my windows for around 20/30min daily, making sure the sun only hits my testicles, arms and torso. Should help my subhuman T levels :feelsrope:

jfl why? science backs this up? btw, sitting by the window decreases everything the sun provides, good and bad, just in case you're not aware. 30 min through the window isn't sufficient for vitamin-d for example, can't say how much it nerfs the effect though

My goal is to never need it
TO be like naked mole rat
never age, and never be effected by radiation (realistically)

FUCKKKKKKKHEGHWEHEWHW might have to resort to red light therapy then

This 1939 was the only study I could find so take that as you will. a lot of people seem to advocate for it online, might be placebo cope tho idk

"Long ago, light treatments were shown to remarkably increase testosterone levels. In 1939, Dr. Abraham Myerson measured initial levels of circulating testosterone in men and exposed their various body parts to UV.[ii] After five days of chest exposure sufficient to cause reddening, circulating testosterone increased by 120%. After eight days without additional UV exposure, testosterone returned to initial levels. When the genital area was exposed, testosterone levels increased by 200%!"

I’m reading correctly? They sunbathed their balls until they got red, to increase t? Jfl! Sure, nice with 200% increase, but no thx having to be castrated at 40 due to skin cancer! Didn’t know that red light therapy worked for increasing t, but if it does, it sounds like you should resort to that instead. Safe for cancer and actually good for the skin too! Not to mention all the other lifestyle changes you could incorporate into your life.
