no I’m definitely bigger than everyone. I’ve posted my current body and no one is bigger. You’re probably referring to the morphed photos but I’m 190lbs with 17.8 inch arms at 5’11 lmao.

It’s mainly about diet and drugs but it’s hardly about bones and insertions
The only time it’s actually like that is for actual top Olympian bodybuilders lol
Girls don’t care much about that shit as long as your face is lean and you look big lol
Also don’t train to failure usually leave 1 in the tank

I hate the bulking propaganda because you would just get bloated and look like shit, and that's what girls dont like, and if you train for other men you are literally a fag.

myself i even stopped going to gym after 4 hours and do only calisthenics+cardio(walking jfl) some pullups/pushups, probably would add side delt training and neck training but uhh too lazy to buy dumbell.

As I previously stated I do not work out often last time was a year or more ago. Sticking a ruler into my lateral delt is less then a quarter of an inch so to answer your question it is primarily bone

There isn’t really added bloat when you are done blasting high test and bulking and drop down to ideal bf percentage and low test to maintain.

If you mean in terms of bodyfat, like 200lbs 10% having 20lbs fat compared to 120lbs at 10% having 12lbs fat then fair enough. You will have to get that extra bit leaner when jacked to have the same facial leanness compared to not. Maintaining 8% is pretty easily done when enhanced and using peptides however.

Test won’t bloat at the dosage needed to maintain.

Only thing that mattersis you posting what u look like to other slayers (not pic standing next to nerds). Also prob ur bench already since it is elite numbers (220kg) as you said and you would outlife many promising young olympic powerlifters with those lifts at that low 104kg bodyweight.

Plus narrow clavicles is the sincle most detrimental thing you can have. Yes you can make your shoulders look weider but you are still limited to how big they can look because of it. Its one of the ultimate truecel/gymcel traits. When guys pack on a ton on there delts but they cant hide the narrow clavicles in a tshirt.

Even being jacked you should have no problem with facel leannes unless you're above 12% or running high doses. Thats why we build on higher doses then drop down to maintenance doses at lower bodyfat pecent just to hold the muscle we built, stay lean and look our b est

I’m not strong but anecdotally…

My right arm dumbell OHP has always been stronger than my left arm OHP. I train both arms to the failure reps of the left arm to try and balance it out.

However the right arm has at least matched, if not exceeded, the gains of the left arm without being trained anywhere near failure. Talking about 8 in reserve on a set of 20. I know this because I test the right arm max every few months.
