Been taking 6mg melatonin daily for a month before going to bed, and I just got home after being outside for 8 hours and im sleepy as fuck.

Like lying in my bed and wanting to do nothing more than just to close me eyes and doze off
 
No. I take 5mg myself nightly. Shit puts me to sleep like a xanax.

Nothing happens, body continues to produce melatonin naturally as always. It's not like TRT to shut your natural production down or stuff like that.
