Does me training 5x a week lifting heavy, 2x failure affect my height growth at all, or does training legs affect my height growth, if I wanna grow taller ideally should I be training legs?

You will be shorter after training for the rest of the day because spine compression. Height is almost all genetic.

I have no clue but I supppose if you stretch daily and decompress your spine nothing can go wrong

depends on the person. When a person is short ppl cope with bad environmental factors but at the end its fully genetics. I know girls that are 5 foot 10 at like 13 and only sleep 4 hours a day -tall parents.

The more you stress the more damage you do on your body

Gym will not stunt your growth but if your family and everyone around even you are negative to this lifestyle then yes you'll be more stressful and it's pointless

I would say don't stress and if you can don't working out if you're teen start after 18 when you done with 90% of your growth

heavy compound lifting helps with hgh production so yea to an extent. Just dont do deadlifts, it causes spine decompression and you may look shorter

to an extent
no it's not
you need toned legs with muscle mass on them they help reinforcing the slim waist look and ppl will always mock you if you have a developed upper but a small lower

yeah i agree on that point
i could have been more specific
but with anything there is a point of diminishing returns
