Does me training 5x a week lifting heavy, 2x failure affect my height growth at all, or does training legs affect my height growth, if I wanna grow taller ideally should I be training legs?

Ur right, however all i said was that it increases test, am i wrong?
its like saying eggs have carbs. sure, if we have to talk in absolutes they do have like .7g per 100g, but that's literally negligible it's not worth even mentioning

Agreee but it’s not as useless as that, i argued that it increases test, it increases about 10-30%, so let’s say u have 600 it will increase to 660 or 780 which is a big increase before it bounces back to baseline, that’s still a positive impact, no?

as I said, it's negligible.

we also have data that supports the thesis that natty testosterone has little correlation to hypertrophy. that does change when the test enters supraphysiological levels, aka injecting test, but naturally that increase won't do anything for you.

if your only reason for hitting legs is that "increase" you're better off skipping them, although having a developed upper body with twink quads and hamstrings looks gay as fuck imo

no if anything training would help release HGH which would help growth just make sure ur nutrition is proper

100% Agree however my point when I initially replied was not that training legs = increase in test = overall hypertrophy. It was just a supporting detail that leaves a positive impact on my og point
