Does the hair transplant density destroy its appeal to younger patients?

Hair transplants can never be super dense because of the current technology (You'd need to do multiple transplants).

Are these results underwhelming/very fake? Did it still improve their looks enough to warrant the 6 months of looking subhuman alongside the cost? Mainly wondering about the first one as his surgery is most similar to one I'm planning.

Last one is pretty good

It's about finding the right surgeon. I've seen guys that have GOD like results. Like god like. However their demand is such that the waiting list is a year or over. Perhaps unless you offer big money.

There are techniques you don't need to shave, but regardless its fucked up having those scars lol I'm trying to avoid at all costs tbh. At the end of the day the truth is that you're just moving organs around though...

Looks really good from these pictures.

How does it look when outside/sunlight? does it look natural or does it look like sticks going straight up?

whats the time frame of the middle pics? month 2 and 3?

What did you pay and where did you get the surgery? How many grafts?

19 rn with very mild hairloss compared to 3-4 years ago (maybe 0.2 cm higher corners or something) I'm jumping on fin after transplant just to be sure.

Hair system mogs ngl

it looks pretty good, man.
I'm confident enough to wear it all pushed back and exposed (which I wasn't expecting. I was thinking i'd likely have to wear it as a frainge which I was OK with). Never had a bad comment and my friends are fairly brutal about stuff lol

Pic one is just after. Top middle like day 10. Bottom middle like 3 weeks? Last pic month 5 i think.

I got it super cheap (2k gbp) here in England. I got lucky tbh. Probably a hair mill but there are always some good results with basically every clinic! I was gonna go see Peckiner in Turkey as he seems to be amazing for hairlines, but covid fucked me over so rolled the dice here!

you just can't get the hairline right with hair systems. I tried. Everyone has tried. You just can't really expose the hairline with them. They are good though. I'll likely wear one if my hair carries on falling out (behind the transplant lol)

Nobody here will give you good advice for hairloss. Careful it's your own life and only you take the decision of how much hair matters to you.

Personally, if you're happy with your dimorphism, then there's not much to hold back from reducing DHT. Finasteride is not guaranteed to stop your hairloss. Nothing is so far. So if you continue to let time pass by it's going to get more difficult, however as I said, it's your own judgement of how much you have to lose.

I need less dimorphism as my cheekbones have grown too wide these last years and made my esr 0.42 unfrauded.

I'm more concerned about how it'll affect my athletism (i do parkour) and if it'll affect erection quality.

Are you on fin?

I took fin but had insomnia in about a month so I had to quit.

Do you take fin? To keep your hair?

Its undeniable there are so many anecdotes regarding how it can affect you but personally it's done nothing to me lol. At the end of the day its it's your own unique case that matters.

I wish you good luck with whatever choices you decide to make.

You took fin and after a month u got insomnia and say it's the drug? Lol.

No I'm not taking fin cuz I think it can be cope for some people and I dont wanna risk. I am on a million drugs but some are even unrelated to DHT as actual research can show deeper pathways to adresss... and I dont have a single side effect with anything

Yes it's the drug bro... Don't be like those fin fanboys who spew aRe yUo SuRe iTs FiN?

I took it 3 days a week and each day I take it I can't sleep. And once I stopped the medication I sleep better.

Can you tell me what are those meds? Are they for hairloss?

Is it saw palmetto? Astaxanthin? (DHT Blockers)?

What if you took fin and got sides what will you do? @ArvidGustavsson

Then enjoy your hairloss. I have nothing to tell you. Treating hairloss has never been for penny pickers. That's smth u guys fail to understand. But I guess I can call myself lucky for not ever having side effects with anything.

i took fin a few years ago and stopped due to sides

I restarted fin again 2 weeks ago. Already getting sides lol. But plan to struggle through at least for a while to help me hold on to my hair

Wtf... You make it sounds like it's in my hands to control whether I get sides or not. Ironic

Btw what has fin to do with dimorphism? Does it decrease bone mass?

I think you can get good density since you're filling in a really small area on your temples compared to the examples you posted

painful ejaculation is the main one that made me stop 1st time around and it's already started again lol!
I think saw plametto is probably cope?
Considered trying dut. We'll see

Anyway for you mentally deranged incels full of placebo perhaps have a look into dutasteride monotherapy. It's like injection that remains local because the molecule is too big to spread and go systematic... kreko or whatever u were.

I'm not acting like its ur choice. Perhaps it is perhaps its not. I don't know but what I said remains true just like it takes a strong mind to handle Blackoill it takes also someone strong to handle battling hairloss. If y get side effects on anything and u csnt handle anything then uve lost and ur going bald. Theres no way around sorry.
