During adolescence, yes. Side effects would just be discomfort in sleep, neck, and jaw but these are temporary.

Yes but most people don't qualify to get it, you need to actually be recessed and it will also mess up your teeth.

so im 17yo my doc said my growth plates are closed and my teeth are good should i use it or not. i want to have mir forward growth
