I saw a thread saying constantly eating sugar and spiking insulin is actually beneficial for your growth as a teenager and i actually kinda agree with this since gymcels on a diet are all manlets with a few exceptions and the niggas who most consume goyslop are actually way taller than the ones who avoid sugar or processed products, also they included a study on how the modern diet impacts height growth and why this might be the cause of the new generation being so tall. Opinions?

Fr? I took 20mg for like 3 months then upped the dose to 40mg and after that i started cycling between 20 and 40mg, finishing my 6-7 months course i dont remember
