Ideally the age a woman has to have kids would be from the time she’s done with puberty till like 25

When she’s 30+ it’s already in a danger zone

To a man it doesn’t really matter his age if a 60 yo has kids it’ll be the same as it was if he was 20

But women will have more difficulties mainly being strong enough to carry a baby for 9 months inside her
