Well all know that ever since October 7th and all of that other baloney in the Middle East, Israel and Palestine have just been constantly in the news over and over again, it's literally everywhere.
And I've noticed that a lot of people support Palestine. But why? Why do people support Palestinians?
I didn't think this made any sense at first because of one thing, general attractiveness. I think Jews, the Davids and Mias of Israel, are generally more attractive than the Muhammads and Aishas of Gaza, so why doesn't a sort of halo effect apply here?
Why aren't the Jews seen more favourably? Does the bystander effect prove that looks aren't everything or does it just prove that victim perception and social heuristics aren't solely based on looks?
