Does this fix my side profile?

Attached is a photo of my side profile then on that i edited.
The edited one simulates a rhinoplasty, jaw angle implant, and chin implant.
While these three procedures fix me?

Parents have already said yes to rhinoplasty, gonna get it this year. Just gotta sort out chin and jaw implants

Why not starting with filler? Did it before two years and it didnt migrate
