Attached is a photo of my side profile then on that i edited.
The edited one simulates a rhinoplasty, jaw angle implant, and chin implant.
While these three procedures fix me?

Why not starting with filler? Did it before two years and it didnt migrate

Gonial implants look very fake here, you don't want to make your gonial angle that steep bro

your problem is from ccw rotation , bimax would look much more natural than implants or rhino , it can even be a trimax , trust me you dont wanna go in the implants and rhino way. it will look uncanny
