@larsanova69 yeah i'd say 15% bf, you are probably a beginner in the gym so you can still recomp easily, get to 10-12% bf while gaining slight amount of muscle, and from there on you can either 1. keep trying to recomp or 2. just bulk to 15% then cut to 10% and repeat over and over again...
but honestly, I personally prefer the first route, i don't like how i look when i'm 15% or when i cut down to 8-10%, so i maintain ~12% year around while recomping little by little (and even advanced trainees are capable of doing so).

I think its abit higher then 15 probably 18%
my abs are fuckedup and last fat storage goes there so indeed very hard to know what i am i just stop coping and lose the weight and ask next month again

Maybe you store more visceral fat? I seen somewhere that people who store alot of visceral fat store also more on the face

You are low body fat. The reason why you don't have abs is because you are an untrained skinny guy, you need to bulk up and get as strong as possible on the compound lifts (bench press, squat, deadlift, weighted chin ups, barbell rows).

Strength gain + Caloric surplus + good sleep (8 hours per night or more) + progressive overload on a good program + proper form
= 30 lbs of muscle gained over the course of 3 years, giving you the physique of your dreams.


You shouldn't be cutting, you should be bulking until you are no longer skinny, yes your face may get bloated a bit, but it's necessary because you can't make progress in the gym effectively by training at such a low body fat and starving yourself, your body needs food. Determine what weight you need to be for your height, and then aim for that and gain 1 lb per week. If you do it properly, every month, you will gain 2 lbs of muscle and 2 lbs of fat. After only 6 months, you won't be skinny anymore and you won't be fat, you will look good. You shouldn't cut until you have added your first 20-30 lbs of muscle, otherwise you are wasting your time.

For the program, this is the one I am using right now and it works very well, I highly recommend it, it's much better than bro splits and push pull legs for beginners:

His body fat is probably around 10%, his ribs are visible that is a clear sign of a low body fat, he doesn't have abs because like most skinny guys, his abs are weak, that is because in contrary to popular belief, abs are NOT made in the kitchen. To get good abs you have to train them like any other muscle, you can do that by doing all your compound lifts beltless and using the valsalva maneuver, beltless squats and beltless deadlifts alone will make your abs really thick. And you can also do weighted cable crunche to work your abs directly at the end of each workout.
 
To give you guys an idea, here is how I looked when I was 138 lbs at the same height as I am now (6 foot 4), right before I started training, in April 2016. In only a few months, I had gone from 138 to 160 lbs. I am now at 170 lbs and still at a low body fat, so I can safely bulk up to 205 lbs with a 4 lb per month weight gain without becoming fat and my body fat will probably be between 15 and 20%. Then I can lean bulk and my body fat percentage will slightly drop. I will only cut in around 3 years once I am satisfied with my physique.

Even though I didn't have six pack abs, my body fat was still very low, since as you can see on my body, there was no fat to pinch anywhere. That is how you can determine your body fat. Abs are not a good indicator unless you at least have some strength after a year of real training.

This is fucking stupid some people literary just have wide rib cages and don't have the serratus muscles to mask the rib cage, my best friends were visible when he was over 22% bf, I totally agree that he should try actually lifting properly tho.

It's not possible to be high body fat when you are skinny unless you have a really bad health problem that is causing you to have a woman's body fat percentage, but usually this is not the case. Your beliefs are exactly why most skinny guys make the same mistakes that I did, they think that they need to lose weight so they end up making no progress in the gym because their body needs food to grow and they starve themselves instead.

Your face can also be another great measure to know what your body fat is, if you have a really lean face, then it's impossible that you are low body fat even if your fat distribution is different from the average man, because everyone stores fat in the face, some just have it better or worse than others, but everyone does store fat in the face, so your face at 20% is going to be much more round and bloated than at 10 or even 15%.

I am eating like 2.2k kcals a Day with 6 Times to the gym to get to 12% and get newbiegains

LMAO at this discussion, who cares op? Really, think about it, you already have a good amount of mass in the zygomatic region, which itself is already sufficient to give you hollow cheeks even at high body fat percentages, you know you are good looking, stop flexing so much and don't be a fucking autist just because muh muh muh hollow cheeks and shit, I'm way lower than that and have zero, ZERO hollow cheeks because of bad facial fat deposits and low zygo mass.
