I mean, idk. I think its kinda cope for collagen. Sure there is proof and shit, but the only way to keep it is by eating healthy, and sleeping well. Dermarolling too. After 25, you gonna start losing it anyways no matter what you do since your cells will slow down replicating

I can’t link cause I don’t know what websites ship to you, but cos rx make good moisturisers and jumiso snail and centella cream is the best I’ve ever used.
