Hello haircels i wanna know if this tutorial can turn a curly hair (not too curly) bc i look alot better with wavy hair

used to have short hair which looked sexy but i wanna try a medium length hair

it all depends on hair type. My friend got flat hair and he tried everything possible and it always looked ass or didnt work. Meanwhile for my hair I just cant brush it and it's gonna get wavy as fuck
