Yes, but it will fuck up your teeths by over chew with incisors. Instead of that, just use of gum, chew a big bolus of it with all of your teeths, especially with the molars.

Chewing does work but I would advise you to chew on mastic gum instead of these devices because at best they are gonna wear down very quickly and at worst they are gonna fuck up your teeth.
You are also going to want to chew with your pre molars, canines and incisors instead of molars.
