not facts at all. Calisthenics can give you a godlike build, but you need to be dedicated to it.

When doing calisthenics, you work out many muscles at the same time with almost every workout of its kind. It heavily stresses the upper upper body in particular.

it's fucking garbage exercise, abs are like every muscle you have to make it challenging for them to grow stronger, planks are so easy anybody can do them for long periods of time

Just do compound lifts 8 - 15 reps range couple times a week and eat above maintenance level calories. All these meme push up variations are irrelevant, you could get the same result just by doing normal push ups to failure lol. I literally just do pull ups and push ups/dips with bodyweight and have as good if not better physique than him.
