does tiredness/sleep deprivation effect eye area alot

i know its supposed to impact the under eye but even my UEE looks different and my canthal tilt looks more negative
 
yes, UEE increases, canthal tilt negative, eye bags, sclera show, rapes ur eye area completely

Going to sleep early. Every hour before 12 counts as 2 hours.

yes. Skin around the eye in the thinnest most sensitive skin on your body, so it will be the most effected by lack of sleep.

But sleep deprivation does effect all of your skin negatively. It decreases the skin barrier, making the skin more prone to infection and swelling.

Yes. Low sleep can take you from Chad to subhuman. It can make you look 10+ years older. It can cause dark puffy eyebags. it accelerates aging. It decreases muscle mass. It lowers IQ. It decreases willpower.

after one week of good sleep my NCT gone, eye bags almost gone, less UEE, and I look more alert. Sleep is law, you could do any looksmax in the world but if you sleep bad your results will be shit and your mental clarity + tired appearance is more of a looksmin than anything else

eyes closed at 10:30, probably asleep at 11, and wake up at like 7:30. i just made a thread about how much sleep changed my life in the past 2 weeks.
 
how about bluelight and looking at a screen?
