bp fitness keeps saying that squats and traning legs too much ages u, is ts true
 
idk about that one, but training them is retarded in general unless you compete in bodybuilding

Training legs is essential for health especially as you age, your whole body relies on the muscles there so idk why u think it's pointless. the body also need to be proportional, if you have a large upper body and small legs you'll look like a fool
