Does training the muscles around your eyes work to reduce uee?

I dont have crazy uee but I do have a double lined eye lid and my eye brows are more high set then I would like. I am willing to try any softmaxx (im only 15) to improve this. Also my infraorbital are beyond fucked so ima jus wait till im 18 for fat grafting.
