I saw one guy on ig reels today. However he looked far older than his before and not necessarily in a good way like Antonio (i'm assuming you've seen him). I think it depends a lot on how forward developed u are as a lot of the time the cavitation can go too deep.

I hadn't seen it. that guy's transformation is very impressive. I've bought a cheap one from aliexpress

Oh tbh, personally if i was doing this i'd get a good quality once, cause u can risk frying ur brain and going blind or deaf.
