Nope pretty sure it only promotes blood flow for the nutrients to get into your hair follicles. It is not a DHT blocker

I’m not reading that tbh. But minoxidil is a vasodilator it shouldn’t affect your hormones in a significant way. And even if it did it would only be locally blocking dht which would be a good thing
