Does vaping/smoking bloat your face?

All kurt cobain did was smoke and he looked amazing. I looked in the mirror today and I feel as if my face is a bit fatter looking, I have been eating pretty shitty though.

Is it because of my vaping and smoking? Does it cause your face to bloat?

Although I am pretty obsessive and can't really trust myself to compare properly.
