your body excretes all the excess vitamin c it doesn’t need through the urine since it is a water soluble vitamin. extremely rare to get side effects (usually nausea and diarrhoea)

okay, it realy doesnt have side effects if i take like 2 grams of it?:forcedsmile:
Vitamin C surplus, usually defined as
exceeding 2,000 mg/day (the Tolerable Upper Intake Level), rarely causes serious toxicity because it is water-soluble and excreted. However, high doses often cause gastrointestinal issues, including diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal cramps. It is unlikely to cause harm from food alone, as symptoms usually arise from excessive supplementation
