I'm not too busy at work so I get most done at home, no need to go to the workplace. I go to the gym 6 times a week, but the gym is in my apartment. I leave the apartment maybe 1-3 times a week to meet people or go to a shop. Other days I spent my time inside my apartment.
I take a shower every day and I wash my face every time when I take a shower. I use Cerave Foaming cleanser and Cerave AM or PM moisturizing lotion. I don't have any issues with my skin but I was thinking should I wash my face only on days when I leave the apartment? Someone here claimed that washing face every day might have some negatives like making skin worse or make it age faster, but I don't really know if those claims are just hogwash. If I wouldn't wash my face I would just splash some water on my face and use Cerave only when I leave the apartment. Another added benefit would be the minuscule money saving when I would have to buy Cerave less often.
One argument was something like fucking up natural oil production of skin.
