Like if you have 20%> does it even look normal? just saw a few people actually do it but they were all lean.
does water pulling actually work and in what circumstances does it work? like what weight and bf% is optimal use?

I think he did a brief one but didn’t mention important details like what weight and bf% is okay to use and what are the risks etc…
