does weekly calorie intake or daily calorie intake matter in losing weight?

i thought only weekly matters?

sometimes i have a cheat day for example, all my 5 days i eat on a 1500 calorie a day. than one day i eat 3000 than the rest day i eat nothing. and i still get my weekly calorie intake

it may be, i dont know
 
weekly. Clearly it's better to eat more or less the same everyday especially if u go to the gym in order to have a decent energy throughout the day, but that's secondary

what do you think of my stats?

178cm 75kg

first week: 10880
second week: 10151
third week: 11743

third week i kinda binged, its still under maintenance tho so i should be fine, but it’ll slow it down

i m on a 1500 cal a day diet rn

more or less you ate 1560,67 Kcal every day so if 1500 Kcal/day was your goal you ate 1260 more Kcal in 3 weeks. You could have lost 0,164 more Kg of fat in this 3 weeks so well done if 1500/day is your goal. Keep going g

Thanks, yeah sadly i binged.. i think it was actually third week 12500 calories.

But now fourth week began so im gonna try having a 8000 cal this week so it compensates.
 
The long term is all that matters, never just 1 day.

You can absolutely have some cheat days where you binge, if on the 6 other days you are in a deficit.

As long as it's not a huge pig-out cheat day, maybe 1000kcal above your maintenance at most (so two -500 deficit days can make it up in two days)

I only had success at dramatic fat % loss (as close to 10% as I could get) when I let myself cheat at least once a week and go over my calorie limit.

Even when you are close to getting ripped, sometimes your body just wants to snack on 4000kcal of pizza, potato chips or trash food instead of chicken and rice all the time.
