sometimes i have a cheat day for example, all my 5 days i eat on a 1500 calorie a day. than one day i eat 3000 than the rest day i eat nothing. and i still get my weekly calorie intake

Thanks, yeah sadly i binged.. i think it was actually third week 12500 calories.more or less you ate 1560,67 Kcal every day so if 1500 Kcal/day was your goal you ate 1260 more Kcal in 3 weeks. But now fourth week began so im gonna try having a 8000 cal this week so it compensates.

i agreeThe long term is all that matters, never just 1 day.
You can absolutely have some cheat days where you binge, if on the 6 other days you are in a deficit.
As long as it's not a huge pig-out cheat day, maybe 1000kcal above your maintenance at most (so two -500 deficit days can make it up in two days)
I only had success at dramatic fat % loss (as close to 10% as I could get) when I let myself cheat at least once a week and go over my calorie limit.
Even when you are close to getting ripped, sometimes your body just wants to snack on 4000kcal of pizza, potato chips or trash food instead of chicken and rice all the time.
