If so, is this noticeable?

Has the potential to cause malocclusion if you do not have proper lip seal and oral posture

Probably not. Your bone is already dense back there. It’s not like the anterior teeth where if anything (first premolars for example) got removed, then eventually the bone would resorb and teeth would retract. There goes that portion of alveolar bone.
