My diet is good and I take supplements. I feel really tired all day by staying inside not getting sun even tho I take Vit D every day.

Can gym fix this?

Stopping constantly frying your dopamine receptors with internet and shows will be far better (althought it's way more difficult and you'll go through withdrawals at first).

Gym helps a little bit if you come from a very sedentary point, it can create momentum that got you into healthier hobbies and exposed to more stress which exhaust you short term but help you become resistant to fatigue (and energetic) mid-long term.
Hope this help.

Yes my fatigue is due to either long covid Or immune system disorder

But reduced it at much as it can and now I am more dominant and actually can face people and defend myself

You are still working out and the high energy is gone or have you stopped working out ?

It increases tiredness and fatigue.

I stopped working out and it started declining 3 months after I quit

Yes it will , if ur training hard ur muscle will eventually be forced to get stronger

I train even if I feel fatigued, tho it’s not good idea to train 1 hr before or after sleep

when I was training I didn’t feel fatigued and I was recovering in a night of sleep
