I'm 17 (almost 18) and I'm 180cm. I'm almost overweight and imma just spare the details and just say imma work out to get lean. But if I do that as a u18 will it stunt my growth cause I'm tryna be 190 by 21.

working out actually increases growth. it increases hgh production. The worst it will do is compress your spine but thats only if your doing extremely heavy lifts like deadlifts or squats

yea i started to work out heavy at 13 to 14 and I was stuck at that height (175) until I was 16 now 16 and half I completely stopped all heavy only high reps and cardio (bike + swimiing)I grew to 184.5 (cuz the hgh release was going straight to the bones)

if you fuck yourself up with too much weight probably yes

It doesn't, and some workout can even increase growth depending on what you do

only if you hurt a growth plate otherwise no.

the hgh wont be used for your height though. its gonna be used to repair your damaged body.

I don't know, but I doubt it.
Play sports, because that's what Chads have always done before gym ratting became popular and they always come out fine.
I guess simply exercise a little. Realistically, if you had stunted growth, it's a gene problem, and if it's a hormone problem too, don't be a retard and go see a doctor to get HGH there and fix your malfunctioning body.
