Well it's hard to explain but I wouldn't have much faith in it, your best best to really maximize that minimal amount (or who know, MAYBE that enough amount) would be vitaminmaxxing, bonesmashmaxxing, sleepmaxxing and dietmaxxing (sleep and diet most important)

Main lowerthird changed a lil bit after 19 years old. My philtrum to chin ratio became better. I know it sounds weird but its true my philtrum wasnlegit 2 cm and now like 1.7 or soo (still subhuman) and my chin became also larger. Probably because of the mewing

I'm 19 and my jaw had gotten wider in the last few years (sadly don't have any old pics), although i hit puberty pretty late, so my anecdotal evidence is worth even less than it normally would be.

It depends like most things. My brothers jaw got more defined and chiseled after he left his teens.

It’s not really a noticeable change. It won’t make you from having a mediocre lower third to a lower third god.
