Had this wonderful idea in a dream last night.
Instead of doing parasal implants before rhino, one could advance the maxilla and do a cw roation. this would not give you the dogmaxed look as with cw they shorten it. it might elongate your midface a little but if you dont do it too much it isnt bad.

What i wanna achive (counter chimp lipp) so getting the nose forward and maxilla forward but not giving you bimaxillary progmatism.

Doing what paranasal implants would simply do with extra steps that won't work, on top of having more risks, not knowing how cw affects your anterior face too.

dont do cw, whats the point? just do anterior lefort advancement (quad or not) to compensate for the class iii (unless its brutal) and you wont need no fucking paranasal implants at all

That is exactly my problem. I belive my method would do it with bones.
So with bone movements.
One could do a bone graft but that could reabsorb.
Not many surgeons do paransal implants.

Your method of doing it with bones is way worse, in fact it won't even do what you want and it will fuck your whole face up.

Why the fuck would you want to not do paranasal implants and go for bones if you're looking for an aesthetic result?

it depends on the case tbh, but a LOT of fucked up noses got semi (if not fully) fixed with lefort without even a need of rhino

would do rhino regardless. To get tipp from front a lot smaller
This would be the lefort to bring the nose forward and reduce retard philtrum and after get rhino to lengthen comunella, make nose straight and tipp much smaller.

I belive he meant standard lefort 1. Some surgeons cut below nasal spine making it retarded and even worse.
Alfaro was infamous for doing that sometimes

Well even that still doesn't project the nasal aperture in a manner that would project your nasal aperture.

Secondary its an implant.
If i can find a bone osteotome solution i always choose that.
In Austria we only have bone grafting at best.
Also i have an overbite. If i get braces it will recess my mouth back. By my theory method mout position can be preserved while nose can be projected.

So i might have to rethink.
Also again for longterm an osteotomy is much better then implant.
An implant can be taken out, an osteotomy doesnt.

Even if its from titan its still over. Lefort 1 can impact the area the same way or better

well look at b&as on a lot of lefort patients with dorsal humps & youll see that they improve/go away

Just dogmax yourself with quadrangular lf1 that's not gonna make your lip shape better than rn, then get braces on top of that to change your teeth even more to try and fix the lip and fuck your anterior face with CW theory

OR get paranasal implants, the choice is yours
 
Just do paranasals, leforte 1 or higher wont do anything, and doing cw will create a posterior openbite.
