I mean I dont have bad genetics even before going to the gym I had broad shoulders and a Big frame

Same I’m just getting into the gym and I have wide clavicles I just realized, meanwhile my shoulder muscles are shit so if I work on them they’ll be even bigger.

I hit legs 2x a week not by choice but because we do in school. My quads have developed a lot

Yeah it sucks
I got them to bulky and i haven't trained legs for 1,5 year and i still have the mass

i used to hit calves and that shit never grew

hitting legs is cope for tall cells natty

Just do barbell squats for legs. 3 sets and no need to touch legs after. Most machines are a waste of time. Just bench squat and row
 
I Just squat for no reason at all but im stopping this shit

Yeah i had to before i started but i was doing them 1-2x week and got them to bulky those like lexx little
But now they have lose the pump/water only it never gets away

I squat without machine but I can't walk after that
 
Squat maxxing only and some leg extensions 1 in a month for isolation :forcedsmile:
I dont squat with alot of weight tbh its pointless go beyond more weight in squats

Too heavy or too high frequency. I squat every 2 or 3 days and feel no pain or doms
Yea could be sets because I do 4 sets in total so that could be the problem

I was squat with tons of weight because i was powerlifter
I used to train like Tom platz at one point for months but it's useless
