- 1x leg press
- 2x Leg curls
- 2x Leg extensions
- 1x 45 degree back extension (hamstring focused)
- 2x sets of calfs
Yiu never lose muscle unless if you're extremely sickhow tf is this possible

3 exercises per session are enough basically you need 1-2 exercises for every muscle group total 4-6 sets a weak are more than enough
You need 1-2-3 warmups and 1-2 top set (depends on exercise)
I used to do squats and leg extensions for quads
Hams whatever you like only 1 exercise
Adductors 1 exercise
I used to train calfs but i never liked it if you want you train them same as others
You can do it 1x or 2x per week if you do 1 time per week you'll need 2 top sets but if you wnat 2x week you need 1 top set
You need to progress every week 3-4-6-8 reps at max on top set depends how you like it 1-2 reps away from failure
You need to progress 2,5-5kg per week on every exercise if you want to get bigger
You don't have to fill the pump to see the work
Working out destroys your body it doesn't build it
The most important thing is your genes and for god hope on roids if you have money no point to be natural anymore
