Don't be nice to people, don't display appreciation to people no matter what.

This is complex topic though. If you do this too much in a work environment you're fucked. Also you'll end up hurting already-weak people. Whenever I've been a cunt on purpose I end up upsetting genuinely nice people, which is really bad.
