People on the other end just can't bear to tell me that i'm useless and a waste of their time, they just say 'aww thanks' and move on with their day.

I really do wish I could help them, but I'm not equipped on how to. And saying 'just talk to a professional' sounds like such a fucking NPC, 'i don't care about you' and rude thing to say.

But if it's wasting both my time and theirs, why do I still bother helping people who're sad?
