I've been taking a multivitamin (with A, E, C antioxidants, B complex and small to average doses of minerals) for less than a week already, and now I see my nasolabial folds/saggy skin have reduced by a lot. I tried A, E, C and some of Bs individually before and my folds didn't change at all. This time I wanted to buy riboflavin (vit B2), but there wasn't any in the farmacy except in the multivitamin, so I hopped on it.
I always thought multivitamins are cope because of the interactions and neutralization of minerals and stuff, but in fact they use technics to prevent it and make them all available. They need to be tested and certified (at least where I live) to confirm their components do well together. So, there's no point in buying a bunch of individual supplements. If you're deficient due to bad diet, environment and your shitty genetics, you're probably deficient in more than one thing.
