For around 70 bucks you get a large amount of quality oysters with more bio available nutrients, including zinc.

Crack them open, squeeze some lemon on top and enjoy

Or even better if you live close to the coast go and hunt for your own oysters.

I live 600km from the nearest "sea", using zinc as a supplement is great, but getting it from food is really much better.
